Man arrested for breaking into a CVS store in Ventura

VENTURA, Cali.- Ventura Police Patrol officers responded to a man breaking into a CVS store in the 1700 block of south Victoria Avenue in Ventura just after midnight Monday morning.

Police found and identified Isaiah Coleman inside the CVS store. Officers ordered Coleman to leave the store. He initially complied but then ran away from the officers after exiting the store.

Coleman was arrested for commercial burglary, delaying a peace officer, and possession of stolen items from CVS. The items have been returned to the store.

Coleman was booked at the Ventura County jail.
