SBIFF adds third showing of Amazing Grace
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The film festival spotlight is shining on a highly popular local film, adding an additional showing Friday night.
If you missed Amazing Grace, the documentary profiling Grace Fisher and her family, you'll have another chance.
The film follows the 20-year-old Santa Barbara woman and the obstacles she's overcome from a paralyzing disesase.
Fisher's battle with Acute Flaccid Myelitis pushed her to continue her music and painting as well as teaching others.
Due to overwhelming demand and enthusiasic praise, Amazing Grace hits the big screen for a third showing at the Lobero Theatre Friday night.
The curtain goes up at 7:00 p.m.
