Head over Heels with music by the Go Go’s opens at Santa Barbara High

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (KEYT)

It's opening weekend for Head over Heels with music by the Go Go's.

The musical is the latest Santa Barbara High School Theatre production directed by Otto Layman.

Layman says it is a manic, joyous, bold and funny musical that combines the Go Go's with the sensibility of Elizabethan England.

The show is accompanied by the Head over Heels Band made of local and professional musicians.

The show runs through Nov. 17.
