Vegetation fire contained Tuesday evening in Paso Robles

PASO ROBLES, Calif. – Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services responded to a vegetation fire near 303 Dayna Ct. Tuesday night.

Paso Robles Police Department has an ongoing investigation as to the source of the fire, but eyewitnesses reported illegal fireworks were being launched in the area before the fire detail Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services.

Around 9:17 p.m. Tuesday night, a call of a vegetation fire was reported and initial responders discovered a 1/4 acre fire in the open space between the neighborhood along Kelck Road and Highway 46 relay Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services.

According to Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services, the fire was fully controlled at .69 acres at 11:11 a.m.
