Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County residents eligible for FEMA individual assistance

SANTA BARBARA & SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTIES, Calif.– Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo county residents can now apply for financial assistance and reimbursement for the removal of storm debris from the federal government.

Both counties are included in the state Major Disaster Declaration which allows for individual FEMA assistance, debris removal, and emergency protective measures.

Residents that impacted financial losses due to storm damage or who can't physically live in their homes can apply online here or call 1-800-621-3362.
