Evacuation Order issued for Oceano areas south of AG Creek Levy, warning issued for areas north

County of San Luis Obispo Office of Emergency Services

OCEANO, Calif. – San Luis Obispo County has issued an evacuation order for all areas one mile south of the Arroyo Grande Creek Levy and west of Highway 1 due to the status of the levy and incoming rain.

The areas currently under an evacuation order are highlighted in red below.

An evacuation warning has also been issued by San Luis Obispo County for the Oceano area north of the Arroyo Grande Creek Levy. Residents are urged to prepare to evacuate if the situation worsens.

The areas under the evacuation warning are highlighted in yellow below.

The areas currently under an evacuation warning are:

North of the Arroyo Grande Creek Levee

South of Wilshire Ave, Hwy 1, and Pier Ave

East of Strand Way

Plus North of HWY 1, West of 21st, South of Ocean St
