Central Coast Funds for Children donate $100,000 to SLO county nonprofits

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. – Central Coast Funds for Children donated $100,000 to 31 nonprofits focused on helping children across San Luis Obispo County.

The 28-year-old nonprofit group has donated more than $2 million since its inception.

Funds donated have been used to provide food, clothing, medical and dental care, therapy, counseling and more to children in need according to the organization.

"We raised $65,000 at our "ALL for the Kids" Fall Gala through the generous donations from our community," said President of CCFC Marilyn Blake. "Every dollar we raise will benefit children in SLO County through 31 organizations."
