Pac Biz Times reports on new digital skills training programs

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The Pacific Coast Business Times reports on a free pilot program providing digital skills training to help people thrive in the modern workforce. The state funded program in Ventura County follows similar training sessions recently launched in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.
