Santa Barbara County Fire crews on scene for brush fire at Farren Road Friday night
GOLETA, Calif. – Santa Barbara County Fire Department crews were on scene for a brush fire at Farren Road near Goleta just after 7:00 p.m. Friday.
The mulch fire spread to half an acre and crews were on scene for about two hours due to the excessive mulch off the side of the road, according to the SBCFD.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation and Farren Road was closed until the SBCFD cleared the scene.
