Pac Biz Times reports: Herbl runs out of green

GOLETA, Calif. - The Pacific Coast Business Times reports on a major cannabis distributor going under. Herbl has entered receivership and is no longer operating. The company has vacated it's large warehouse and office building on Ward Drive in Goleta and laid off employees.
