Tequila & Taco Music Festival offers tastings and more at San Buenaventura State Beach
VENTURA, Calif.-The Tequila & Taco Music Festival kicked off on Saturday in a new location.
Due to preparations for the X Games, the festival moved to San Buenaventura State Beach.
Adelaide Pilar performed a tribute to Selena in the afternoon.
In addition to music, people 21 and older sampled all kinds of tequila .
They also had dozens of taco dishes to choose from.
Henson and Barbara Jue toasted their anniversary with strawberry margaritas.
"It is out 27th anniversary," said Henson Jue, "We have been here for the fourth, fifth time, we have been here, we love it every year, we enjoy the music, we enjoy the people and we enjoy the tacos especially, it is great."
The festival runs from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday when the headliner will be rapper Flo Rida.
Visitors can take shuttles from the fairgrounds to the beach to make parking easier.
