Bear spotted near Refugio State Beach Sunday night

GOLETA, Calif. – A black bear was spotted near Refugio State Beach Sunday night by one of Your News Channel's producers.

Allison Winslow and her friends spotted the animal in a rural driveway while in their car late Sunday.
