SLO Farmers’ Market canceled ahead of rain

SLO Farmers Market

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - The weekly Farmers' Market in San Luis Obispo was canceled Thursday because of the incoming storm.

Rain was expected Thursday afternoon and evening across the Central and South Coast.

Farmers' market organizers said the January 16 market was canceled because of "predicted weather."

The popular farmers' market is held every week from 6 to 9 p.m. and is only canceled if there is bad weather or if it lands on a holiday.
