Burglars steal cash from Atascadero restaurant
ATASCADERO, Calif. - Atascadero police are looking for the people involved in a burglary at a Mexican restaurant.
Police say it happened around 7:30 a.m. Monday at La Parrilla Mexican Grill, in the 7100 block of El Camino Real in the Vons shopping center.
Investigators say the burglars were able to break in through the back door and steal cash. Officers didn't say how much cash was taken.
The Atascadero Police Department's Investigations Unit took over the investigation and was still working to identify potential suspects as of Tuesday.
No other information was released.
