Vehicle Collides With Oxnard Family’s Home
Police are investigating why a vehicle crashed into the living room of an Oxnard family’s home early Sunday morning.
Two 3-year-old children and one 47-year-old female adult suffered minor to moderate injuries after a 2000 Plymouth Neon entered their home on the corner of Wooley Road and L Street.
The driver of the vehicle, 22-year-old Brian Sanchez of Oxnard along with the adult female were transported to Ventura County Medical Center with moderate injuries. The passenger of the car and children were treated on scene with minor injuries.
Sanchez was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and with a suspended license, but the investigation is still ongoing.
