Arrowhead Water Theft

Ventura Police arrested a couple suspected of stealing water early this morning.It happened before 1am at the Arrowhead Water facility on Julian Road in Ventura.Officers heard the opening and closing of delivery truck doors.Police say they found 32-year-old Luis Reynoso hiding in the bushes and 42-year-old Sonia Robledo in the area.Tourists, renting bikes nearby, were surprised to learn about the crime.Police say the suspects are from Ventura.It appears they used Arrowhead hand dollies to remove several cases of water and drinks and stash them outside the gates.The gates are about a block away from homeless camps in the Ventura River bottom.
