PASO ROBLES, Calif. – Paso Robles-based non-profit, Camp Natoma, received two truckloads of donated food from Camp Roberts and the 41st Infantry Brigade of the Oregon National Guard.

The surplus food rations and kitchen items were delivered directly using military vehicles thanks to a collaboration with the San Luis Obispo Food Bank.

Camp hosts around 100 youth campers each week throughout the summer and is the oldest and largest youth summer camp in the entire county.

The camp has been providing outdoor summer activities for youth campers since 1941.

Camp Natoma’s Mission Statement:
Camp Natoma is an immersive wilderness experience where campers explore a creekside oak woodland and sleep outside under the starry night sky. Invigorating nature activities catalyze the development of campers’ resilience and promote self growth. Camp Natoma’s cooperative living community and intentional programs inspire creativity and service.
