Drivers to experience one-way traffic on Highway 154 for emergency slope repairs

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. – Emergency slope repairs on Highway 154 will cause one-way traffic control north of Camp Tequepis Road starting Monday, according to Caltrans.

Traffic control is anticipated to start July 10 at 8 a.m. and last until Thursday, July 13 at 4 p.m.

CalPortland Construction of Santa Maria has the contract for the $7.4 million emergency project.

Caltrans reminds the community to drive slowly and carefully in work zones.
