SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The City of Santa Maria has announced the winners of its Lights, Sights and Holiday Nights holiday decorating contest.

The 23rd annual event was held between November 16 through December 12 with final judging taking place Thursday night.

  • The 'Best Decorated Rookie' was Ryan and Beth Mikus.
  • The 'Clark Griswold' Award Winner was Jim Zubia and family.
  • The 'Norman Rockwell' Award was Tim Price.
  • And the 'Simply Christmas' award went to the Rodriguez family.
