2 gang members arrested in Lompoc on gun charges
LOMPOC, Calif. - Two documented gang members were arrested in Lompoc Sunday, after one of them was found to be in possession of a handgun.
At around 12:48 p.m., Lompoc police responded to the 200 block of E. College Avenue for a report of subjects with a firearm.
When officers arrived on scene, they found 22-year-old Fernando Salazar and 18-year-old Angel Morgan. Salazar was found to have a loaded firearm.
Police say both Salazar and Morgan are documented gang members.
Morgan was served with a gang injunction by the City of Lompoc.
Both men were arrested and could face multiple gang and firearms-related charges.
