Trick or Treating rain or shine on Halloween

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (KEYT) Rain on Halloween didn't keep everyone from trick or treating.

It rained off an on in Santa Barbara and other communities.

Some people had umbrellas, while others didn't seem to mind the light rain as they visited homes with decorations.

Duc Le said he handed out candy rain or shine.

"I think the neighborhood is pretty friendly we have a lot of kids and adults out getting the candy and what not," said Le.

Le said he gave out a decent amount of candy.

Some homes had scary creatures.

Halloween lights in orange and black seemed to twinkle in the rain.

Many of the people giving out candy dressed up in costumes, too.
