2024 California Ballot: Proposition 35
Proposition 35: Make the existing tax on managed health care insurance plans permanent, and if approved by the federal government, use it to pay for Medi-Cal health care services.
"Yes" Vote: A "yes" vote means the existing state tax on health plans that provides funding for certain health programs would become permanent.
"No" Vote: A "no" vote means the existing state tax on health plans would end in 2027.
