Full Video: Borderline Shooting 1 Year Later
A special ceremony honoring the 12 people killed in a mass shooting in Thousand Oaks was held Thursday at Conejo Creek North Park.
The city dedicated a healing garden which features 12 large natural granite stone slab benches for the 12 people who were killed. There will also be 12 water jets in the park's pond.
The 12 victims forever honored are:
