Downed trees cause road closures in SLO County

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. - Roads were closed in San Luis Obispo County Monday after wind knocked down trees into the roadway.

Downed trees caused the closure of the gravel section of Live Oak Road in Templeton. The road reopened around noon.

In Nipomo, Oakglen Avenue was closed from Amado Street to the southern end of the road.

In a tweet posted by the San Luis Obispo County Public Works Department, trees were being blown down "all over the place."
