Ventura County COVID-19 cases now 3,858, 50 deaths

VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. - There 69 new cases of COVID-19 reported overnight Tuesday in Ventura County. There are now 3,858 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the county, including 50 deaths.

The county has been releasing updated numbers every weekday.

1,726 people are under active quarantine, and 79 people are currently hospitalized, 31 of which are in the ICU. 2,082 people are considered to be recovered.

More than 76,400 people have been tested.

The majority of these deaths have occurred in people 65 or older. Two deaths have been reported in people aged 25-44.
