Officers arrest active burglar in Ventura

VENTURA, Calif. -- Officers arrested a man on felony burglary charges on Tuesday early morning in Ventura.

Officers arrested Carlos Flores, 32, for the felony charge of commercial burglary.

On Tuesday around 2:00 a.m., Ventura Police Patrol responded to an alarm activation at the business.

Officers arrived on scene within four minutes of receiving the call and discovered the suspect was still inside actively burglarizing the business.

The suspect tried to escape but officers were able to catch him.

No one was injured during this incident.
