UPDATE: The Ventura Police Department says Jorge Ponce has been located.

The Ventura Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a missing man with intellectual disabilities.

22-year-old Jorge Ponce was last seen at Pacific View Mall Wednesday morning around 8:30 a.m.

Ponce is 5-foot-9 and 170 pounds with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a gray jacket with black stripe down the sleeves, dark pants and a black backpack.

Police say Ponce has intellectual disabilities.

If you see him, you are asked to call 911.
