Landfill services will not be happening on Christmas Day in Santa Maria

SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- The City of Santa Maria advises residents that there will not be any street cleaning services on Christmas Day.

The City says there will be no trash services, recycling collection services or street sweeping on Wednesday, December 25th.

The City says that during holiday weeks, street sweeping and residential collection services occur one day later than usual.

The City advises residents to place residential containers outside by 6:30 a.m.

The Sant Maria Regional Landfill along with all City administrative offices will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th Christmas Day and will reopen Thursday, December 26th.
