SBAOR and Habitat Santa Barbara celebrate partnership with $46,000 check

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – Habitat for Humanity of Southern Santa Barbara County and the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors celebrates a one-year partnership with a $46,000 check.

On Monday, the check went towards the Cota St. Affordable Homes project – Habitat Santa Barbara's next affordable housing build.

Marking the fifth affordable housing project built by Habitat, Cota St. Affordable Homes will feature six newly constructed homes.

According to Habitat Santa Barbara, all six will be sold to "eligible low-income homeowners at an affordable mortgage."

Construction is expected to begin next Summer.
