Body found along Mission Creek off of Castillo Street in Santa Barbara

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – A body was discovered on the banks of Mission Creek near the 800 block of Castillo Street Tuesday night.

Santa Barbara Police were unable to confirm the person's identity nor the cause of death and are awaiting the results of a coroners report.

The Santa Barbara Police Department is in investigating further.
