Mar Monte Hotel demos Mother’s Day brunch dishes
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – With Mother's Day just around the corner, Mar Monte Hotel executive chef, Gunnar Plantar, joined News Channel 3-12 for a cooking demo.
He showed Your News Channel some of his Mother's Day brunch dishes, including an eggs benedict trio and a special scotch egg recipe.
Both of the dishes will be offered on Mother's Day at the hotel's restaurant, Costa Kitchen & Bar.
