Police searching for at-risk missing teen in Santa Barbara

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The Santa Barbara Police Department is seeking the public's help locating an at-risk missing teen Friday night.

15-year-old Jessica Angelica Monreal was last seen around 4 p.m. Friday in the area of Lou Dillon Lane.

She is described as being 5-feet-tall, weighing 95 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, light blue jeans and black and white Vans. Police said she also had a gold necklace, gold anklet and a nose piercing on her right nostril.
