Boat washes ashore amid storm in Santa Barbara
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - In a driving rain Wednesday morning a boat could be seen washed ashore near Stearns Wharf in Santa Barbara.
The large blue sail boat coming loose and beaching itself in the storm.
It's not clear where the boat was anchored or if anyone may have been onboard at the time of the beaching. Crew will eventually clear the vessel, many times at the expense of the boat owner.
