San Luis Obispo seeks community input on street changes

City of SLO

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif.- On Thursday the city of San Luis Obispo will hold a workshop on upcoming changes to city streets.

The community workshop will be held at the SLO library community room 995 Palm St. from 6-8pm.

At the workshop the community can share ideas or concerns about changes to streets that include Highland Drive, Johnson Ave, Grand Ave, Toro Street and Mill Street.

Every year, the city public works department plans pavement surface repairs and sealing to extend the life of many city streets.

The city says improvements are important for the city to meet safety and mobility action goals.
