National Guard joins search and rescue for five-year-old swept away in Monday floodwaters
SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif.– The National Guard has sent over 100 guardsmen with more on the way to assist in the search and recovery of five-year-old Kyle Doan.
Search efforts resumed Wednesday with seven local US&R teams assisting SLO Sheriff's dive team efforts.

The five-year-old was swept away in floodwaters just before 8 a.m. in San Miguel on Monday. SLO Sheriff's confirmed nearly 80 personnel were involved in Wednesday's search.
