SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — Locals and tourists alike flock to Santa Barbara this week to celebrate Old Spanish Days. Wednesday marks the official first day of the 100th Anniversary of Fiesta.

2024 El Presidente Brian Shwabecher stopped by The Morning News Tuesday. He reflected on his experience serving the community and previewed the upcoming fun that's on tap for this week.
