SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - 8-year-old Dixie is sweet and calm. She is a golden Chihuahua at the Santa Barbara Humane Society and is looking for her forever home. For the month of November, the shelter has a senior special for dogs and cats who are 7 years and older.
