Carbajal, Caldwell square off in Congressional debate

Incumbent and challenger take part in 24th Congressional District virtual debate

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The candidates running to represent California's 24th Congressional District faced off in a NewsChannel debate on Saturday at 4 p.m.

Incumbent Salud Carbajal and challenger Andy Caldwell's virtual debate was streamed live Saturday at 4 p.m. on the NOW Channel (over the air at 3.2 and cable channel 13) and online.

As part of the debate, we asked local residents to submit their questions to the candidates.
