Fire crews tend to vegetation fire at Topaz Solar Farm in Santa Margarita on Sunday
SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. – Cal Fire SLO crews are on the scene of a one-acre vegetation fire under solar panels at the Topaz Solar Farm in Santa Margarita Sunday afternoon.
The farm is surrounded by roads with a slow rate of spread with no risk of injury or harm to other buildings, according to Cal Fire SLO. All aircraft en route have also been canceled.
