Firefighters respond to 2 acre grass fire in Paso Robles

PASO ROBLES, Calif. - CAL FIRE firefighters responded to a grass fire in the area of Sherry Place in Paso Robles on Sunday.

The call came in around 3:04 p.m. Crews responded to the 6600 block of Sherry Place.

Around 3:15 p.m., firefighters said the burn is about two acres in size. However, the fire has the potential to spread up to five acres.

CAL FIRE reported the fire was fully contained at 3:45 p.m.

Multiple engines are on scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
