No suspicious devices found following bomb threat at San Simeon inn

SAN SIMEON, Calif. - The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office reported no suspicious devices were found during a bomb threat investigation at the Cavalier Inn in San Simeon.

Saturday evening around 5:30 p.m., bomb threat information was found in a bathroom stall at the inn on the 9400 block of Hearst Drive.

The property was immediately evacuated and K9 units trained to detect explosives responded from both the Sheriff's Office and California State Parks.

Fortunately, no suspicious devices were found and the inn was returned to normal operations around 7 p.m.

The Sheriff's Office has not yet identified any suspects in this incident.
