Paso Robles police arrest 4 for DUI Friday night
PASO ROBLES, Calif. - Paso Robles police arrested four people for DUI over the course of Friday night, one of the arrests involving a crash that left one injured.
Police said Michael Lee Jauregui was involved in a collision with a parked vehicle. Unfortunately, the crash left his passenger injured. We do not know the severity of the passenger's injuries.
Officers said Jauregui showed signs of alcohol intoxication at the scene, so a DUI investigation was conducted.
Jauregui was arrested after his blood alcohol level was found to have been more than double the legal limit. He was booked in the San Luis Obispo County Jail and charged with felony DUI and related charges.
Police said the other three arrests made Friday night were the result of various traffic stops. Jauregui's arrest was the only one that followed a crash.
The Paso Robles Police Department is asking the community to remain watchful for impaired drivers and to never drink and drive!
