Santa Barbara Solstice celebration wraps up with Reggae in Alameda Park

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.-The Santa Barbara Solstice Celebration wrapped up with Roots Reggae Solstice Sunday in Alameda Park.

A band called Morie & The Heavy Hitters had the crowd dancing.

KJEE and One Planet sponsored the final day of solstice fun in Alameda Park.

They celebrated the long days of summer going on now.

Some people didn't want it to end.

"It is a family affair that is what I love about it, it's a family affair, you bring everyone and have a great time and let loose," said Maria Palomares of Solvang.

The day also included a Children's Mini Fest and and elves and fairy parade.
