Santa Barbara County reports two additional deaths related to COVID-19, 105 deaths

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. -- Santa Barbara County Public Health Department reports two additional deaths related to COVID-19 on Friday afternoon.

Two of these individuals tested positive for COVID-19.

The two people lived in Santa Maria.

One person was between the ages of 50-69 years old.

The other person was over 70 years of age.

Both of them had underlying medical conditions.

None of the residents reported were in congregate living facilities. 

As of Friday, there are 8,608 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Santa Barbara County, including 105 deaths. For a complete breakdown of cases, click here.
