Friday morning forecast – Feb. 28th

A ridge of high pressure will linger for Friday with increasing clouds and warm temperatures. Conditions will remain dry with lots of cloud coverage for the Central and South Coast. Daytime highs along the coast and interior valleys will warm primarily to the mid to upper 70s.

An onshore flow will develop for the weekend with significantly cooler temps. A decrease in cloud coverage will arrive for Saturday leading to partly to mostly sunny skies. Daytime highs for the coast and interior valleys will warm to the upper 60s and low 70s.

The cooling trend will continue through Sunday with a slight chance for scattered showers. More sunshine can be expected on Monday with gusty winds and warmer temperatures. Conditions will be dry with a warming trend through early next week.
