Rosewood Miramar Beach rings in the holiday season with Christmas tree lighting ceremony

MONTECITO, Calif. - Rosewood Miramar Beach kicked off the holidays with a special ceremony Wednesday night.

With Santa Claus on hand, hundreds of people watched in awe as the resort lit up its 60 foot Christmas tree with thousands of sparkling lights and ornaments.

Guests were also treated to performances by Nate Ruess, Pia Toscano and Brandon Wattz.

The Rosewood Miramar Christmas tree is one of the largest displays in the country.
