Firefighters knock down kitchen fire at San Roque home

SANTA BARBARA Calif. - A Santa Barbara home had to be vacated Wednesday morning after the kitchen caught fire.

It happened just after 10:30 a.m. on Center Avenue in the San Roque neighborhood.

Firefighters say they were able to knock down the flames quickly. They say no one was hurt, and the cause is under investigation.
