Rollover accident injures driver and damages parked car on Santa Barbara street

A rollover surface street accident left a driver with neck injuries and her vehicle upside down in Santa Barbara.

It happened about 10:30 Sunday morning on East Victoria at Carmelita .

The female driver was on the front lawn of a nearby house when Santa Barbara City Firefighters from Station 3 arrived along with Santa Barbara Police Officers.

A resident heard a bang and saw the accident from an upstairs window. Several people came out to render aid.
