Woman missing out of Santa Barbara located safely

58-year-old Kathy Ginsburg was located unharmed according to Santa Barbara Police Department Public Information Officer Anthony Wagner.

The Santa Barbara Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing at-risk woman.

58-year-old Kathy Ginsburg was last seen Thursday, February 28th at the Lemon Tree Hotel on State Street in Santa Barbara.

Ginsburg was reported missing by an employee at a wellness facility

She is described as a white female adult, five-foot-four-inches-tall, 152 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
