Two teens arrested for alcohol offenses following crash at Santa Maria park

Two teens and a 21-year-old were arrested Thursday after a crash near a park in Santa Maria.

The crash happened at around 3:20 p.m. at Waller Park at 3107 Orcutt Rd.

A Honda sedan went off the roadway and ended up 30 feet down an embankment. The three occupants of the car were able to get out unassisted.

The 15-year-old female driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. A 15-year-old female passenger was also arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. An additional passenger, a 21-year-old, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public and resisting arrest.

No injuries were reported.
